Sandberg Multi Hard Disk Box 3.5” permette di usare un disco rigido IDE o SATA da 3,5”come disco rigido esterno portatile. Il guscio si collega al computer via USB 2.0 o eSATA,fornendo velocità fino a 3Gb al secondo (tuttavia, i dischi rigidi IDE non possono essere collegaticon eSATA). Se il computer non è ancora dotato di eSATA, è possibile utilizzare il supporto inclusoper convertire una porta SATA interna in porta eSATA. Il case in alluminio e la silenziosa ventolaintegrata mantengono freddo il disco rigido, garantendo una prestazione ottimale. Manuale initaliano.

Se mi collego via USB il PC trova l'unità, ma se mi collego via eSata il PC non la trova. Perché?

Se si usa una connessione eSATA, potrebbe essere necessario ricercare le modifiche nel controller SATA tramite Windows. Ciò avviene ricercando il controller SATA nella Gestione periferiche di Windows. Fare clic con il tasto destro del mouse sul controller SATA e selezionare “Rileva modifiche hardware”.
